“Owl Face” is a Double-barred Finch also known as an Owl Face Finch is one of Australia’s 19 distinct species of finches, each unique in its characteristics and habits.  Double-barred Finches are found across northern and eastern Australia in grassy woodlands and forests where it eats seeds and insects in low undergrowth.
